Jaquet Droz presents The Butterfly Journey

The fruit of the Atelier d’Art’s unique replica watches for sale expertise, twin sets of Petite Heure Minute models are dedicated to the elegance of the butterfly, that fragile, romantic creature embodying the beauty of time.

An angel passes, drawn along by a butterfly, and time seems to hold its breath in a moment of pure poetry. This motif, discovered in an old book devoted to Jaquet Droz, has been depicted just once before, in the Age of Enlightenment, by one of the legendary automata created by Pierre Jaquet-Droz. In 2013, it was given pride of place on “The Loving Butterfly” a watch paying tribute to putti – sculptures of children used to decorate some of Italian architecture’s most beautiful buildings as well as the cultural treasures of Renaissance and Baroque Europe.

This year, the butterfly returns to the center of the cheap Breitling replica watchmaking stage, taking a form that is unprecedented and spectacular in equal measure: two sets of Petite Heure Minute models comprising eight pieces each are like the chapters of a horological novel presented in its entirety. The subject of the novel is ephemerality, with eight scenes describing a butterfly’s flight, thus reviving the brand’s passion for 18th century naturalism.

Following this narrative thread – the beauty of nature, its fragility and the transitory quality of each moment – the Jaquet Droz artisans dreamt up two complementary stories.

The dials are as blank pages, given over to the artistic imagination of painters and engravers. Within a 43 mm-diameter red gold case, on the lower part of the dial, a spray of feijoa flowers features a butterfly placed at random and sculpted by hand in a red gold to contrast with its intensely blue champlevé wings. This poetically tropical scene echoes the one portrayed in a white gold case of the same size but set with 264 diamonds extending right up to the lugs. Here, we have an invitation to journey through Asia, where a cheap replica watches butterfly in white gold flutters between pale pink peonies, the flower symbolizing love. The relief of the butterflies, their champlevé enameled wings, the fine patina on their slender bodies, the striking colors of the floral decor – every minute detail contributes to the arresting beauty of the scene. A decorative challenge achieved through a combination of the brand’s expertise and the virtuosity of the craftsman’s hand, the Butterfly Journey timepieces are also a testament to the attention Jaquet Droz never fails to pay to the splendor inherent in the most fleeting instants and the fugitive magic of nature, its creatures and plants.

Chopard – L.U.C XPS 35mm Esprit de Fleurier

Admired for its understated elegance and technical sophistication, the ultra-thin L.U.C XPS model has become a classic replica watches. In 2014, the diameter of this star model was reduced, creating the L.U.C XPS 35mm. In 2015, the L.U.C XPS 35mm Esprit de Fleurier addresses women with a subtle mother-of-pearl blue dial, while its Manufacture-made movement is adorned with fleurisanne engraving, an almost extinct artistic craft.

Aesthetic refinement

Elegant, dynamic and timeless lines exuding a supreme sense of balance: the new L.U.C XPS 35mm Esprit de Fleurier model, set with diamonds and intended for women, shines as much by its elegance as by the beauty of its Chopard Manufacture movement.

Viewed from the front, the diamond-set 18-carat white gold bezel delicately frames a mottled blue mother-of-pearl dial bearing hour-markers graced with brilliant-cut diamonds. This model is teamed with a matching blue alligator leather strap. An exhibition case-back reveals the beauty and delicacy of the Manufacture movement entirely decorated with fleurisanne engravings.

A speciality of the village of Fleurier that has been home to Chopard Manufacture since 1996, fleurisanne engraving is a now almost extinct art that contributed to the reputation of local 19th century  Breitling replica watchmakers and to the appeal of their timepieces that spread as far as China. This highly distinctive technique is notably distinguished by its motifs carved in high relief. The engraver cuts away the surrounding metal to leave the pattern he wishes to make stand out. The raised surface is then engraved with a scrolling pattern known as ‘volutes’ or with flowers, and polished to achieve a shiny effect. The background is hammer-stippled to give it a grainy effect. This extremely demanding skill requires the artisan to devote considerable time to this process and to display absolute technical mastery. Eager to revive and ensure the future of this ancient craft, Chopard has trained expert hands in-house in order to perpetuate this traditional form of engraving that played such a key role in making the village of Fleurier known far and wide.

Technical feat

Housing a twin-barrel self-winding movement with a 65-hour power reserve inside an ultra-thin 7.10 mm case is no mean feat. The master- fake watchmakers of Chopard Manufacture have accomplished this by means of a clever micro-rotor construction that highlights the beauty of L.U.C Calibre 96.23-L which may be admired through the exhibition case-back.

The L.U.C XPS 35 mm models are certified by the Swiss Official Chronometer Testing Institute (COSC), a guarantee of precision greatly prized by Chopard and which adds to the many other intrinsic qualities of these exceptional timepieces.

The Longines Heritage Diver 1967 – designer elegance and functional performance

Longines draws on its rich watchmaking history to offer new editions of its iconic pieces. The Longines Heritage Diver 1967 draws its inspiration from a divers Swiss replica watches produced in 1967. Its graduated bordeaux diving bezel contrasts elegantly with its black opaline dial and silver-coloured counters. This chronograph watch is also equipped with a tachymeter function. An original piece is kept in the Longines museum in Saint-Imier.

Longines has always made chronographs designed to accompany pioneers’ exploits. After having explored the earth and the sky in the twenties and thirties, athletes turned to the ocean depths in the fifties in the early days of diving with compressed air. This turning point promoted the development of divers watches. The reliable and elegant divers cheap replica watches produced by Longines experienced great success.

Today, Longines is reissuing a divers watch dating back to 1967, a copy of which is kept in the Swiss Breitling replica watchmaker’s museum in Saint-Imier. The divers watches of the time borrowed the pilot watch system, in particular their notched rotating bezel with divisions in minutes. This device makes it possible to calculate the length of the dive. The tachymeter scale of the internal flange is used to calculate the speed of the diver: the chronograph must be triggered at the starting point and stopped once the distance of one kilometre is completed. The hand will indicate the average speed.

With a diameter of 42 mm, The Longines Heritage Diver 1967 case houses a self-winding L688.2 movement. This chronograph features a completely original design, reflecting the model that inspired it. It’s silver-coloured asymmetrical counters stand out against the black opaline dial. The bordeaux graduated bezel and silver-coloured tachymeter scale of this model add elegant touches of colour to the overall piece. In the spirit of divers watches, the hands and hour markers are coated in Super-LumiNova® while the back and crown of the piece are screwed to ensure water resistance of up to 30 bar. The fake watches for sale are fitted with a steel bracelet, black leather or rubber strap. An engraving of a diver adorns the caseback as a reminder of the first divers watches produced by Longines.

Five Affordable Zenith Watches for New Collectors

Zenith is best known as the creator of the El Primero – an integrated, automatic chronograph movement that has earned a place in the pantheon of historic calibers. Today, the brand is also known and appreciated for offering classically styled timepieces and excellent value. Here are five Zenith  cheap replica watches the we can recommend for new collectors.

Pilot Type 20 Extra Special

Zenith timepieces accompanied aviators during several early, historic flights. One went with Louis Blériot in July 1909 when he made the first flight across the English Channel in an airplane he built, known as the Blériot XI. One year later, Léon Morane wore a Zenith when he became the first pilot to fly faster than 100 km/hour, also in a Blériot XI. And when the French Air Force geared up for WWII in 1939, it chose Zenith’s Montre d’Aéronef Type 20 for its aircraft instrument panels.

The modern Pilot Type 20 Extra Special captures the look of those early aviation best replica watches. Every aspect of the dial is perfectly proportioned. The stylized Arabic numerals and the substantial cathedral hands, each wearing a generous coating of SuperLuminova, assure excellent legibility in all conditions.

The 45 mm case and oversize crown capture the essence of the early pilots’ watches, as does the oiled Nubuck leather strap with white stitching. The caseback is engraved with the elaborate Zenith Flying Instruments logo. To keep the price accessible, this watch is powered by an automatic, Swiss-made movement provided to Zenith by an outside supplier. (The remainder of our suggested watches feature Zenith manufacture calibers).

Captain Power Reserve

Zenith’s Captain line debuted in 1952, and the current models adopt aesthetic cues from the brand’s historical models. Our featured Swiss replica watches sale, the Captain Power Reserve, also represents a step up into the world of Zenith manufacture movements.

The look is simple and elegant, with classic dauphine hands pointing to applied, faceted hour markers. We like the subtle railroad track at the dial’s edge, complete with small Roman numerals. The retrograde Réserve de Marche display at 2 o’clock tracks the mainspring’s 50-hour power reserve.

The case measures 40 mm x 9.25 mm.  Zenith’s in-house caliber Elite 685 with automatic winding is visible through the sapphire caseback. This movement contains 179 components and runs in 38 jewels at 28,800 vph. An alligator strap with a pin buckle completes the package.

The Captain Power Reserve is priced at $6,500.

Pilot Big Date Special

Our final three featured best Breitling replica watches take us into the realm of Zenith’s iconic El Primero-powered chronographs. The vintage-inspired Pilot Big Date Special provides classic good looks with a 42-mm case and rectangular pushers flanking a slightly oversize crown. The dial offers a well-balanced bi-compax layout with continuous seconds at 9 o’clock and a 30-minute counter at 3 o’clock. This look harks back to the chronographs Zenith supplied to the Italian Air Force during the 1960’s, though those watch did not have a date display at 6 o’clock.

The telemeter scale at the dial’s edge creates a technical aesthetic. The double-digit big date display at 6 o’clock really sets this watch apart. The window-filling numerals make the date display pop. All of the displays are crystal-clear, as they should be on a pilots’ chronograph.

Under the dial is the renowned El Primero 4010 automatic-winding caliber with 306 components. It famously runs at 36,000 vph in 31 jewels with a 50-hour power reserve.

The Pilot Big Date Special is priced at $7,600.
